About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Solutions Consultant to join our team at Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through the effective use of our cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and deliver workshops to uncover gaps and opportunities, define projected benefits, and present outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Develop and present dynamic demonstrations to executives, stakeholders, and key influencers, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on Genesys products and industry best practices to advise customers throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of work experience, preferably in implementing or integrating with CRMs and/or software implementation or coding experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment and multitask, prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer security needs and articulate a solution.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
