  • Lead business needs analysis to ensure Oracle solutions align with customer goals, combining business sense, product expertise, and industry knowledge.
  • Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions for complex applications and technology installations.
  • Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, influencing customer leadership on key decisions and supporting business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with the consulting sales team to provide domain expertise and resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families, architecting and designing technology solutions that encompass multiple products and making decisions based on impact across the stack.
  • Experience with the Oracle product set is essential.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 5 years of consulting experience.
  • Prior team leadership or management experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • CPA is a plus.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% when required.
