Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Performance Manager to lead the success of our store and team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
