Retail Store Management Trainee Lead

Cash America is a leading provider of consumer financial services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Management Trainee Lead to join our team.
About the Role:
The Retail Store Management Trainee Lead will play a critical role in supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will be responsible for supervising staff, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train sales associates to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions
Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, address concerns, and set goals
Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash drawers and securing assets
Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct staff
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make sound decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Computer literate, with proficiency in Point-of-Sale systems and basic office software
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Cash America offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
