We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Leader to join our team at Peak Performance Team in Kansas City. The successful candidate will lead our BDC team, driving sales growth, and improving sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and service operations, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, training BDC staff, and monitoring sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve sales performance
- Train BDC staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer communication skills
- Monitor sales performance, set goals, and evaluate results
- Interface with other department heads to ensure alignment and cooperation
- Participate in dealership management meetings to discuss sales performance and business strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales management or BDC leadership
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
