Job Description

Job Summary:

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the Land Systems Operational Test Authority (LSOTA) in its mission to serve as the Independent Test Authority (ITA) for CBP acquisition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the planning, execution, data collection, and reporting of technology demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute test and evaluation strategies in support of large, complex programs.
  • Provide statistical analysis and evaluation expertise to assist the ITA in planning, executing, and assessing major acquisition programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address capability gaps.
  • Develop and maintain engineering plans and artifacts, including Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), data management and analysis plans (DMAP), and test planning documents.
  • Participate in program-level review boards, including configuration, risk, test, and engineering.
  • Coordinate and track project-level activities and status.
  • Make project-level recommendations and reports.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of former military experience or 5 years of experience as a Test and Evaluation Engineer.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to comprehend current threat environments and apply analysis to communicate and address capability gaps.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and assessing complex test and evaluation efforts.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Clearance: Must be able to acquire a CBP BI.
