3. **Development of Evaluation Tools**: Innovate and refine red-teaming and safety evaluation software, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

5. **Communication**: Articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Completion of Confidential Financial Disclosure, Form OGE-450, is mandatory.
- Designated and/or random drug testing may be required.

Basic Requirements:
- Relevant IT experience, which can be demonstrated through paid or unpaid work and/or completion of specific training (e.g., IT certification).
- Must exhibit proficiency in the following competencies:
- **Attention to Detail**: Demonstrates thoroughness and conscientiousness in work.
- **Customer Service**: Engages with clients to assess needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Oral Communication**: Effectively conveys information and ideas to various audiences.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifies issues and evaluates information to make sound recommendations.

Specialized Experience:
- For ZP-2210-IV: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, showcasing technical understanding of AI generative models and ML algorithms.
- For ZP-2210-V: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level, demonstrating advanced technical understanding and leadership in AI-related projects.
