Job Summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Success Coach to join our team in Arizona. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to young adults transitioning through the Arizona Extended Foster Care system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to 17-20 young adults, meeting with them in collaboration with the DCSS to offer supportive services and transition planning.
  • Develop a working alliance with each young adult, utilizing motivational strategies to engage and respectfully keep them accountable to the change process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate life skill activities off-site, addressing barriers to services through the Local Inter-Agency Team.
  • Support young adults in seeking and maintaining employment, including resume development, interview preparation, and job placement.
  • Provide crisis stabilization and interventions to address immediate safety concerns, while identifying and addressing the root cause of the crisis.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with community partners, ensuring seamless support for transitioning age youth.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional code of ethics, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Behavioral Health, or Education.
  • Experience serving transitional age youth in systems of care, with a focus on foster care, juvenile justice, and run-away/homeless youth programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to display empathy and understanding in interactions with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, using independent judgment to problem-solve and make decisions in the best interest of the youth served.
  • Proficiency in word processing in a Windows environment, with experience in Electronic Record and Quick Connect Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lived experience in systems of care, including foster care, juvenile justice, and run-away/homeless youth programs.
  • Experience in case management, coordination of services, and referral to community resources.
  • Ability to model Center's expectations for sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness.
