  • Knowledge of presuit procedures in Florida for personal injury cases
  • Issue and track subpoenas as necessary
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of documents in the management system

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive in managing projects and anticipating needs
  • Familiarity with state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures
  • Proficient typing skills and expertise in Microsoft Office and PDF applications
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation

A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential. The compensation package is competitive and includes bonus opportunities. Insurance benefits will be available after a probationary period.

Bilingual candidates: Spanish proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
