Hotel Housekeeping and Laundry Specialist

The Burks Companies (TBC) is a distinguished provider of comprehensive facilities and operational support services tailored for upscale hotels and resorts. TBC is renowned for its expertise in managing staffing, housekeeping, banquets, laundry, and facility support services for elite clients in the Hospitality and Gaming industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and manage soiled linens efficiently
  • Distribute clean linens to guest accommodations
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas
  • Assist with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High School diploma is preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Flexibility for bending, stooping, and lifting items
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Visual acuity for assessing cleanliness
