Job Title: DevOps Support Specialist

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Support Specialist to join our team. As a DevOps Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based infrastructure and applications
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and logs to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud computing and DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security and compliance
  • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
