Job Summary:

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Support Specialist to join our team. As a DevOps Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the deployment, sustainment, and continuous integration of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Okta and Entra tools and processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of ICAM and ZTA application capabilities.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and system administrators to ensure a smooth, efficient, and error-free development life cycle.
  • Bridge the gap between development and operations teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient delivery of high-quality ICAM and ZTA software capabilities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their ICAM and ZTA needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, including Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship is required and ability to obtain a federal clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum THREE (3) years experience with using a broad range of cloud technologies to develop and maintain a suite of client ICAM and XTA solutions with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.
  • Core experience as a DevOps support Engineer in a 24x7 uptime Amazon AWS / Microsoft Azure environment, including automation experience with configuration management tools.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with machine-generated big data searching, monitoring and analysis using tools such as Splunk.
  • Strong experience in the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, Maven, TwistLock etc. Special emphasis on integrating the tools to form the pipeline.
  • Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP).
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
  • Strong scripting (e.g., CDK, CloudFormation, TerraForm etc.) and automation skills.
  • Integration experience and knowledge of both Microsoft Entra and Okta functionality, provisioning, and interface requirements.
