Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Serves as a brand ambassador to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in alignment with company values.
- Demonstrates exceptional service standards to cultivate an environment where every customer feels appreciated and valued.
- Collaborates with store leadership and stylists to host unique customer events that enhance brand loyalty and strengthen community ties.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Actively engages in leading the sales floor, inspiring team members through effective communication to prioritize customer satisfaction and meet store goals.
- Involved in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to build a diverse and motivated team.
- Utilizes available resources to promote employee growth and support initiatives like recognition programs and team-building exercises.
Visual Merchandising & Operational Excellence:
- Assists with daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking inventory, and addressing facility or IT concerns.
- Works alongside key partners to ensure efficient execution of shipment and fulfillment processes; upholds visual merchandising standards and manages product stock levels.
- Provides insights regarding team training needs to optimize scheduling and payroll management, driving sales and brand initiatives.
Communication & Relationship Building:
- Contributes to a collaborative work environment by actively listening and valuing diverse perspectives.
- Maintains open lines of communication with leadership to ensure teamwork in achieving store objectives.
- Embraces a people-first approach, prioritizing employee engagement and effectively communicating store priorities and brand messages.

Qualifications:
- Passionate about the Anthropologie brand.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
