Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our team at Limelight Hotels. As a key member of our F&B management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and banquet services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the F&B management team in planning, coordinating, and executing food and beverage services
  • Supervise and train restaurant and bar staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B management team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of food and cooking methods, wine, and beverage service
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment
