Job Summary:

As a High-Performance Systems Engineer at Tech M USAAvance Consulting, you will be responsible for driving capacity planning, performance analysis, and instrumentation to ensure non-functional systems requirements are met. You will gather and analyze performance metrics from production systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Additionally, you will participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning, partnering with development teams to troubleshoot issues and defect fixes. Your goal will be to create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts, balancing feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive capacity planning, performance analysis, and instrumentation to meet non-functional systems requirements.
  • Gather and analyze performance metrics from production systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
  • Partner with development teams to troubleshoot issues and defect fixes.
  • Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
  • Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.
