Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer Integrator to join our team. As a key member of our Exotec team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our robotic solutions with our customers' systems. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships with our integrators and providing top-notch support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training content to integrators, enhancing their capabilities and knowledge of Exotec products.
  • Provide expert technical support to integrators, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with integrators to design and implement optimal system configurations, balancing customer needs with cost-effectiveness.
  • Review and validate integrator design documents to ensure compliance with Exotec standards.
  • Analyze and resolve performance issues, working closely with integrators to implement corrective actions.
  • Support integrators in maintaining their systems up-to-date, ensuring they have access to the latest features and functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, software, or mechatronics engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including some overnights and weekends, and travel for work up to 35-50%.
