We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team at Hartford HealthCare (HHC). As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver exceptional patient care, advocate for patients and families, and educate them on their care plans.

With a focus on structural heart disease, you will have the opportunity to work alongside interventional cardiologists and cardiac surgeons to provide comprehensive care, including TAVR (transcatheter aortic valve replacement), TMVR (transcatheter mitral valve replacement), Mitraclip, left atrial appendage closure, and patent foramen ovale/atrial septal defect closure.

You will also collaborate with the physicians in both the outpatient and inpatient settings to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication among the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
  • Training: FNP, ANP, ACNP, AGNP, PA
  • Experience: At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Candidates with cardiology, interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery experience preferred
