We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at SERVPRO of Santa Barbara. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Complete internal job file quality reviews and prepare estimates and billing invoices
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling, perform basic accounting functions, and assist in employment recruiting activities
- Provide office administrative support, including preparing email and written correspondence, and perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments as needed and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Possess excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills, and a strong attention to detail
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Have experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling, and be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Be able to learn new software and systems, including Xactimate and proprietary software
- Hold a minimum of a HSD/GED and be able to successfully complete a background check
As a part-time Administrative Assistant, you will work 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate overtime when required. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
