Administrative Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SERVPRO of Santa Barbara. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing estimates and billing invoices, coordinating crew and job scheduling, and performing basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams
- Prepare estimates and billing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling to ensure efficient operations
- Perform basic accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, bookkeeping, and payroll
- Assist with office administrative duties, such as preparing email and written correspondence
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- 20 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
