Job Overview

As a Mobile Speed Enforcement Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying Automated Speed Enforcement Systems (ASES) to scheduled deployment sites, setting up and taking down enforcement units and supporting signage/equipment. You will also be responsible for completing and ensuring the accuracy of court deployment forms with deployment data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy assigned enforcement units to assigned deployment sites, requiring local travel within the jurisdiction assigned or travel within the state for drivers assigned within the AWZSE program.
  • Set up and take down enforcement systems and supporting equipment, monitoring weather and lighting and making camera adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate with the Network Operations Center/Verra Command Center (NOC/VCC), supervisor, team leads, and other operators to ensure accurate information is relayed in a timely manner.
  • Complete court deployment forms accurately with necessary and/or required deployment data, logging and reporting any equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Process events for both red-light and speed events using web-based tools.
  • Open, scan, and process inbound customer correspondence.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including data entry and quality control.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
