Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Inspector II to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed using provided tools and software.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Perform physical labor, including climbing ladders and working at heights, to access and inspect fire alarm systems.
  • Work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; NICET I certification within 1 year of employment.
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record and ability to work well with others.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and smartphone proficiency.
