  • Organize and perform data entry and collection to assist with administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data management for various deliverables. Complete Purchase Order Program closures and procurement activities within the designated authority.
  • Assist in various administrative functions, including the preparation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages, and documentation for internal responses. Summarize and validate information from diverse sources for different consumption levels.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain or Business Administration, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, coupled with strong computer skills for managing multiple databases.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent qualifications.

Preferred Experience:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with experience in Supply Chain and the Defense sector.
  • Background in Ship Repair or the Maritime industry, along with familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations and advanced Excel capabilities.
