Hurricane Consulting Inc is seeking a Logistics Analyst III - Retail Support Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate level logistics and/or retail operations experience, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Responsibilities include providing face-to-face customer service in a retail environment, reviewing and processing sale transactions, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data input for internal and external GSA Customers.
  • The employee will be responsible for processing order tickets, ensuring checkout areas are free of debris and clutter, and assisting customers in loading their vehicles of purchases.
  • Additional duties include cashier-like duties in a store environment, validating price, product, quantity and sales transactions, and entering accurate Activity Address Codes (AAC), Department of Defense Activity Address Codes (DoDAAC), and credit card information into GSA POS.
  • The employee will also assist customers in locating product(s) and resolving customer issues, provide general office administrative support, and generate multiple print runs of customer orders via the GSA supply center POS application.
  • Other responsibilities include notifying and working with the GSA Store Manager to resolve all discrepancies, recording research, and maintaining and filing documentation in compliance with applicable federal standards, established Standard Operating Procedures, and Desk Guides.
