Front Desk Manager Job Description

At Nhcwny, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Front Desk. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the Front Desk team to ensure efficient and effective operations, including managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and resolving issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Staff Development: Lead staff trainings on patient engagement and development, and conduct performance assessments to ensure staff are meeting quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with other departments to optimize organizational processes and improve patient satisfaction rates.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior supervisory experience and proficiency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
