Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide direct desk-side support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing IT devices, managing the resolution of customer tickets according to established Service Level Requirements (SLRs), and ensuring customer-related tasks are completed within the timeline set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer tickets according to established SLRs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user computer issues, including hardware and software-related concerns
  • Assist other technicians in resolving complex issues

Requirements

  • US Citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance
  • HS diploma with 4+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification
  • Expertise in IT Enterprise Operations and experience with Microsoft Windows OS, version 10
  • Proficiency in HP Service Manager, Remedy, or similar Service/Help Desk ticket management software
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills

  • Organized with strong leadership, collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own work, and that of their team
  • Analytical thinking and effective communication with all organizational levels
