Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to administer chemotherapy and biotherapy agents to patients with various types of cancer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy agents to patients with various types of cancer
- Monitor therapeutic responses and side effects, and obtain pharmacokinetic blood samples and other laboratory specimens as required
- Assist in maintenance of up-to-date protocol information in clinical areas
- Document patient information in a concise and accurate manner
- Support patients and their families during trial treatment
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
- Oncology Nurse Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Administration Guidelines provider course required
- Oncology certified (OCN) preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of oncology nursing experience, including recent experience in administering chemotherapy and biotherapy agents
