Job Summary

The University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Infusion Specialist. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in chemotherapy infusion, emergency, or critical care nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner
  • Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, and develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer chemotherapy and other medications, and provide education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN required
  • Valid Florida RN License, BLS/ACLS certifications required
  • Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Administration Guidelines provider course, certification
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in chemotherapy infusion, emergency, or critical care nursing
