Job Description:

Precision AirConvey is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a remote sales professional, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customers in the West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads and complete sales processes on engineered systems
  • Plan and schedule activities, including prospecting, meetings, and travel to cultivate new business opportunities
  • Confer with potential customers and manufacturers' reps to ascertain equipment needs
  • Facilitate the acquisition of relevant data to support accurate and efficient quote preparation
  • Follow established sales processes and company procedures
  • Enter new and current customer data into our CRM database
  • Represent the company at trade shows and association meetings
  • Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience selling capital equipment; familiarity with industrial machinery is beneficial
  • Proven track record of business-to-business sales success
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales
  • Ability to articulate a value proposition that directly addresses clients' individual and distinct needs
  • People-oriented, customer-focused, and assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients
  • Strong self and time management skills and work ethic to work remotely
