Key Responsibilities
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions from customers, accurately recording amounts
  • Provide change and issue receipts to clients
  • Manage phone inquiries and direct customers to appropriate departments
  • Operate the switchboard telephone system
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Understand departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively
  • Create loan vehicle contracts using the dealership's computer system
  • Conduct thorough inspections of loan vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and checking for damages
  • Reconcile toll and fuel expenses
  • File necessary insurance claims and service invoices
  • Coordinate active deliveries and valet services
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
