Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Engage with customers, determining their needs and informing them of products that meet those needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting tills and reconciling daily sales.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
