About the Role
As a key member of the Albertsons Companies team, the Account Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and ensuring seamless execution of client programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular status calls and proactive communication
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, working closely with client partners to develop and execute plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs and meet client needs
- Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
