Job Summary:

The Senior Research Associate will be responsible for executing experiments, analyzing results, and presenting findings to the team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field and at least 1 year of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of UF/DF, sterile filtration, and chromatography experiments in the lab
  • Analysis of experiment results to support process development work
  • Writing of technical reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Preparation of test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests
  • Performance of analytical assays to assess the quality and purity of protein products using HPLC

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $104,000 - $144,000 per year
  • Up to 5% domestic travel required
  • Up to 20% telecommuting allowed
