POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Customer Support Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers within a specific region. This position requires a self-sufficient individual who can operate with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality service, adhering to compliance standards, and providing sales assistance.

Success in this role hinges on strong reliability, effective communication, and the ability to solve problems promptly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and a knack for multitasking and organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding the status of ongoing issues and collaborate with escalation teams to document and track any deviations from standard procedures, ultimately establishing best practices.
  • Engage in problem-solving to foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Provide timely and responsive support via telephone and chat, acting as the primary contact for clients from issue identification through to resolution whenever possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, particularly in a professional context.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong communication abilities.
