Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, your role will encompass:
- Assisting in the application and contract procedures.
- Acting as a liaison among vendors, partners, dealers, and sales representatives.
- Executing transactional elements of the Structured Sales Support workflow from Application to Booking.
- Evaluating and proposing enhancements, particularly within the Application to Booking Process.
- Managing and converting pending approvals.
- Providing industry-specific insights.
- Drafting and negotiating end-user contract documentation.
- Striving to meet or surpass customer service expectations.
- Reviewing and preparing transactions for prompt booking and funding.
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of sales and support processes.
- Addressing both non-standard and exceptional applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Leasing experience is advantageous.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Ability to review documentation and identify errors efficiently.
- Familiarity with internal policies, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range:
$25/hr - $30/hr. The offered pay range for a successful candidate will depend on various factors, including education, work experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
