Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Specialist to join our team at ActionLink. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products and providing an unforgettable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our client's brand and promote their home theater technology to customers
  • Execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to increase sales in assigned store
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner and maintain a high level of product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Strong sales aptitude and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to present product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned Best Buy location
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet

  • Seasonal Weekend Warrior: 12 hours per week; Saturdays, & Sundays - 6 hour shifts starting on October 7th and running through January 6, 2025 with strong possibility of program being extended into next year.
