Job Overview: The Grants Coordinator plays a crucial role in securing funding opportunities for the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in NorCal. This position is responsible for prospecting, proposal development, and grant management, ensuring the IRC's programs receive the necessary resources to deliver humanitarian aid.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding opportunities
* Develop high-quality proposals, budgets, and reports to secure grants
* Collaborate with IRC NorCal's leadership, development, finance, and program staff to ensure grant compliance
* Manage grant agreements, ensuring timely reporting and compliance
* Foster relationships with public funders and foundations to secure funding

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, and grant management
* Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working Environment:
