Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to our refinery operations team, ensuring the effective implementation of new technologies and processes.

- Catalyst Development: Work closely with our research and development team to develop and implement new catalyst technologies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional client support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support in the implementation of our technologies.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively implement new technologies and processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the refining industry, with a strong background in process optimization and catalyst development.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of chemical engineering fundamentals, including reaction engineering, catalyst, and general chemistry. Experience with PRO/II simulation software and Excel-based modeling tools is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
