Position Overview:

Our client, a prominent provider of musculoskeletal solutions, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to enhance their technological initiatives across a diverse range of products.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:
The IT Support Specialist will be tasked with delivering technical assistance through various channels for network and software-related inquiries. This role involves thorough problem analysis, detailed documentation, effective resolution, and appropriate escalation when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely and professional technical support to clients via phone and email.
  • Diagnose support requests utilizing available tools and resources while adhering to established processes.
  • Document solutions and create a comprehensive troubleshooting FAQ guide for end users.
  • Ensure all reported issues are tracked and resolved promptly.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of troubleshooting procedures, training materials, and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Provide remote assistance to field sales personnel using remote support tools.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing IT inventory.
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Support office relocations and computer setups.
  • Uphold the company’s Code of Conduct and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent the organization professionally and maintain high ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Facilitate reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows environments, including Windows 10 and 11.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and security software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Compensation:
$48,000 to $50,000
