Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Old Colony Elder Services. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Administer the learning and performance management sections of our HRIS system.
  • Assist with maintenance of other sections of our HRIS system.
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding processes as needed.
  • Help with HR-related quality issues.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 or related software.
  • Bilingual preferred.
