RN Executive Leader for Hospice Services

Eternal Medical Services is seeking a seasoned Hospice RN Executive Director to lead our team in Georgia. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.
- About the Position:
- As an RN Executive Director, you will be responsible for providing overall strategic direction, leadership, and operational management of hospice services.
- You will oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of staff, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and administrative performance.
- Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients and families, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care.
- Clinical Leadership:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure a collaborative and compassionate work environment that fosters respect and teamwork.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state, and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain all appropriate certifications and licenses, staying informed of changes in healthcare policies and hospice regulations.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the hospice budget, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality patient care.
- Monitor revenue cycles, billing practices, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Community Engagement:
- Represent the organization in the local community, building relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish and execute long-term strategic goals and objectives for the hospice program.
Requirements:
- Licensing/Certification:
- Active RN license in Georgia, unrestricted.
- Hospice and Palliative Care Certification (CHPN) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in hospice or palliative care, with at least 5 years in a Hospice senior leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in hospice administration, program development, or healthcare management.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $110k-$130K, depending on experience.
