Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Summary

This position involves working closely with our financial advisors to ensure a seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include processing account paperwork, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process client account documents promptly and accurately
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with clients through clear and empathetic communication
  3. Maintain organized and up-to-date client files
  4. Collaborate with the CSA team to optimize workflow and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (at least 2 years)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass the Series 65 exam (we provide training and support)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and technology
