We are expanding our team at Velocity Enterprises and seeking an IT Support and System Administrator to join our technical team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual server platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

This position has been created to consolidate tasks and provide a single point of contact for our employees. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical expertise to ensure the efficient operation of our systems.

  • Maintain and manage our office infrastructure, including network, access points, printers, laptops, and accessories.
  • Be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring we remain efficient and effective in our operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, with experience in Linux, Docker containers, and backups. You will also need to be able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
