Consolidated Precision Products, a leading manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies, is seeking a skilled Welder to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to leverage their expertise in welding operations and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding operations to correct various defects and ensure maximum weld strength.
  • Inspect castings to determine areas that can be welded and verify proper fusion.
  • Prepare castings for repair by washing out sand, shrinks, and other debris.
  • Position castings in the work area, utilizing manual or mechanical means as required.
  • Refer questionable matters to the Department Supervisor.
  • Procure materials and supplies through the Department Supervisor.
  • Report equipment maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, as well as a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
  • Adhere to all company rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related experience, with at least 1 year in manufacturing.
