Project Management Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Project Management Assistant in Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project managers to plan, coordinate, and track project activities.
- Maintain schedules, documentation, and status reports to ensure timely progress.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align expectations.
- Identify and resolve minor issues or escalate them to senior staff as necessary.
- Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee project success.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- A passion for learning and growing in a project management role.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
