Agile Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Management Specialist to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects at Delaware Nation Industries.

This role involves working closely with project managers to ensure alignment with business objectives and adherence to Agile principles. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of IT projects by providing excellent project coordination and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Agile Support: Facilitate Agile ceremonies to engage team members and promote collaboration.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and reports.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure clear communication and address any issues that arise.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and generate status reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project coordination or management within an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year.
