Job Title: Foreman

M.C. Dean, Inc. is a leading provider of cyber-physical solutions for mission-critical facilities and global enterprises.

The company utilizes modular construction methods to design, build, operate, and maintain complex systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Design Development: Develop and implement digital designs for projects ranging in value from $10M to $200M.
  • Pre-Fabrication and Modular Construction Coordination: Coordinate and execute the installation of fabricated assemblies using proprietary tools.
  • Cost Management: Manage budgets up to $10 million in scope of work.
  • Schedule Optimization: Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Communication Facilitation: Manage communications with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Procurement and Material Sourcing: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for projects.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Certifications and Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Journeymen's License (if none, obtain within 6 months)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical field, 5 years as a Foreman, management of $5-10 million in scope of work
Physical Abilities:
  • Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period.
  • Relocates a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.
  • Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and all types of ladders.
  • Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls, and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
