Project Overview:
As a Project Engineer Intern at EM Structural LLC, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. You will work closely with experienced project managers and engineers to assist in various project-related tasks, gain hands-on experience, and develop practical skills in engineering project management and execution. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world engineering tasks and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers and engineers in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct research, collect data, analyze, and calculate under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and surveys to gain practical experience and exposure to project implementation.
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to provide updates, address inquiries, and support project communication efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Strong academic background with coursework in civil, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
