Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Clearview Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our Call Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Respond to member inquiries, provide account information, and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Process account transactions, open new accounts, and assist members with account problems.
  • Loan Information: Provide general loan information to members, including rates, terms, and repayment options.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate members on Credit Union products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and other financial services.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and to provide exceptional member service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of similar or related experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent member service skills, exceptional telephone communication and human relation skills, above-average knowledge of Credit Union products and services, and proficiency in computer skills.
Working Conditions

This position is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with occasional in-person meetings at our Moon Township, PA location. The schedule will be based on operational needs, with rotating Saturdays and flexible hours.
