Job Summary

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at the Pittsburgh International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient rental experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
  • Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and service information.
  • Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
  • Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
  • Notify management of any known customer or vehicle problems.
  • Continuously build knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving records in the past 3 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
  • Must be willing to work at the Pittsburgh International Airport location.
  • Must be able to work one of the available schedules listed.
