Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to take on a pivotal role within our engineering team. This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering and the ability to lead and coordinate a diverse group of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and oversee the work of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, specialists, and technicians.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the engineering group regarding new or revised tasks, assigning work to junior staff.
  • Ensure that all projects meet designated completion timelines.
  • Plan, develop, and direct the technical aspects of significant engineering projects, managing multiple assignments with complex features.
  • Deliver input to the engineering management on ongoing work, technical challenges, and workplace issues.
  • Perform engineering assignments as required, including senior-level engineering tasks.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of electrical engineering design principles across various assignments and project responsibilities.
  • Make independent engineering judgments and decisions on design challenges and methodologies.
  • Represent the engineering group in meetings to coordinate project schedules, resolve technical issues, and gather necessary information.

Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required. Local or regional candidates are highly preferred.

Compensation: Competitive pay rate commensurate with experience.
